We asked Eric to evaluate a small dormer roof which had been leaking. While at our house, he offered to inspect the full roof and found hail damage, and our insurance company agreed. We obtained multiple quotes from other contractors, and selected Top Peak as we found Eric to be responsive, helpful, motivated, and knowledgeable. Throughout the planning process, Eric helped us to determine coverage and provided many options for the roof and gutters. He fully supported our own interests but also shared from his experience when appropriate, and we felt that he communicated clearly and transparently.

Once our project started, Eric was frequently on site, and supervised every key part of the installation, which gave us great peace of mind that things would be done correctly. Further, he responded quickly to texts and kept us informed of progress throughout. We opted to have our gutters replaced, and the roof and gutters look truly impressive. Of course, it is difficult to evaluate a roof's performance immediately, but in terms of service, installation process, and the appearance of the look, we are very impressed and give Top Peaks top marks.

Top Peaks LLC is excellent to work with. They walk you through every step of the process and are friendly and responsive. This was the first time I had a roof repair/replacement. It was a process I was dreading but they made the it so easy. I loved the feedback they even gave on consulting for what color would look best with the house. They checked in everyday to ensure things were going well or if I had questions. There was a final inspection with me as well. They walk you through working with the insurance too Professional! Eric was great, got a gutter replacement and fascia repair estimate over to me within 2 days, the work was scheduled to be started within 2 weeks, and then completed in 2 hours. Good pricing and solid quality. Highly recommend.

Eric was very effective working in depth with the insurance company to get them to cover more things to properly get our house fixed back to normal. Eric replaced my roof December 2020. I had a great experience working with Eric from Top Peaks. He was nice, reliable, professional and always let me k ow what was going on with the project...how long it would take...when the crew would be arriving and leaving for the day...also about added expenses before he did the work. He came to the job site to check on the crew making sure the job was being done . I highly recommend Eric for any work you need done you won't be disappointed.

After months of fighting with insurance and having another contractor MIA, I contacted Eric. That afternoon he brought over samples, we discussed materials and the installation process. The next morning his crew was on site tearing off the existing shingles and began installing the new roof. Two days after contacting Eric my nightmare that had dragged our for months was over! Our roof was damaged by a recent storm in Missouriwe contacted our insurance company andthey sent out an adjuster to survey the damage. As soon as the appointment was made, I contacted Top Peaks and Eric made time to meet the adjuster to help make sure everything that was damaged was marked down. Eric even put a tarp over the roof damage to prevent any further damage until our claim went through. Eric was more than helpful with several different shingle samples and styles, as well as letting us know the roofing codes and what was mandatory. He was very professional and didn't use language that was above our heads. We received our insurance and signed it over to Top Peaks and the next day Eric and his crew showed up and our roof was done that day. Eric was a wealth of knowledge and has some great experience and we recommended this company to our friends and family. We even took some extra business cards to hand out.

Eric was professional and had the roof on our very large home torn off and completed in three days. It looks beautiful and we are totally satisfied with it. And we know we can call Eric and he will help us if we have any issues with the roof. But we've had all these heavy rains and it's doing great!
